Sweet heart...

Hey there!

Even though Dreamerland Crafts is no longer in business, I still adore the Dreamerland stamps that I have in my stash. This cute couple has been in the stack of stamped and ready to color card fronts that I keep on the corner of my desk for at least a few years. Their sweet pose and little bouquet of flowers made them perfect for a Valentine's Day card. Before coloring, I decided to mask them off and add the house and trees from Art Impressions behind them. Having that cozy cottage off in the distance really adds to the overall story. The sentiment is from an old Simon Says Stamp set and I used a pink ink on the heart before stamping the rest in black to add to the sweetness. I gotta say, it feels like I am really making a dent in that stack of images this year and we are still in January, woot, woot! ;)
