I have two more Poolside and Poolside Peeps cards to share today. For my first one I put together a poolside cook out with all kinds of good eats for these friends to enjoy. Hopefully they remember to wait a half hour after eating before they jump into that water for a much needed cool off. 

My second card leaves the pool far behind and takes these cuties on their various inflatables floating down a lazy river. They don't care where it takes them as long as they are having a good time together.

Are you ready for the fourth and final day of the Greeting Farm's July release previews? We are wrapping things up with two new digital stamp sets that are all about summer fun, Poolside and Poolside Peeps. The Poolside set comes with more scene building images than I can list here as well as a few kids who are ready to enjoy any wet and wild scenes that you can come up with... all from a cool 'bird's eye view' vantage point. The Poolside Peeps adds three more girls and three more boys to really fill out your pool parties. The mixing and matching possibilities range from floating in the pool to sunbathing to enjoying a barbecue cookout and so much more. 

My first card finds a cute couple taking a quiet moment to rest and relax on a hot afternoon. The palm trees are overhead shading the patio just a bit from the mid day sun. Phones and flip flops have been left at the pool's edge as these two while away the hours on their inflatable floaties. I just hope they have plenty of sunscreen on!

 


My second slimline card finds three besties sunbathing poolside during their resort vacation. Who has time for a dip in the pool when there are drinks and pool boys to enjoy? ;)

Hey there!

We are back with day three of the Greeting Farm's July release and today we are introducing the newest addition to the popular mini couples sets called, So This is Love. This clear set includes five sweet and loving couples and two coordinating sentiments. I inked up three of the couples to create a sort of 'day in the life' slide show using this film strip die as the decorative element that pulls them all together. It was fun creating different scenarios for each of the still shots and I really like the rom/com vibe of this card.

It's day two of the Greeting Farm's July release and we are introducing the crazy cute Furmaids set to the line up. If you are a fan of our furry friends and always thought that mermaids should get to enjoy their company too then this set is for you. Whether you are team cat or team dog, this set has you covered. Not only do you get the three merkitties and two merpuppies, it also comes with three sentiments and a handful of small accessory images to help build your scenes. 

For my cards I couldn't resist breaking into my brand new Mermaids Galore kit and give these Furmaids a bestie to play with. I mean, if I can be a 'crazy cat lady' on land why can't this lovely mermaid be a 'crazy cat lady' beneath the waves? ;)   

 

And this sweet mermaid is all about spoiling her playful pups with a trip to the coral reef dog park where they can dig in the sand and race through the tall kelp in a game of hide and seek. :)

Cats rule...

Hello friends! 

Back in February Sweet November Stamps released the Puppy Love kiddos at 7 Kids and they proved to be quite popular. Almost immediately though we started getting requests from all the cat lovers out there that we needed to see some love of the feline persuasion too. Being a 'crazy cat lady' myself I wholeheartedly agreed, so over the next few weeks we will be releasing six Cats Rule kiddos to the Sweet November line up.

First up is sweet Keisha with her big ol' cat Theo. There is nothing that makes Theo purrr louder than a good belly rubs session and Keisha loves to oblige. Pampering her kitty so much every day with treats and Fancy Feast may have made him lose some of that natural feline agility but Theo insists that he's not fat, he's fluffy!  

Next we have cutie DeShaun with his Munchkin, Queenie. Queenie lives up to her name and is only interested in showing affection on her terms. But that doesn't keep DeShaun from trying to give her plenty of love and cuddles. And while she may act like she doesn't enjoy the attention she always winds up curled up close to her favorite boy purring like a kitten.

Hello friends!

Can you believe it is time to start previews for the July release at The Greeting Farm already? We have three fabulous new clear stamp sets to share with you as well as two new digi sets... talk about exciting! Today we are starting with a fantastically fun Anya and Ian duo in the Gamer Couple set. Gamer Couple features full sized Anya and Ian enjoying some hi-tech entertainment, three sentiments as well as a handful of cute video game related icons to help 'level up' your cards.  ;)

I wanted to give these two their perfect 'dens of slack' for some hard core gaming and I went to many of the recent build-a-room digi releases to do that. After stamping just the top half of Gamer Ian and masking him off I went to the computer and put together a living room using the couch, coffee table and magazines from the Build-a-Living Room set. Of course he needed some sustenance during his gaming marathon so I also added the pizza from the Build-a-Kitchen set (cropped in half) as well as some pop cans from the Bakery Cafe set. Ah, the breakfast of champions, LOL! I printed the scene out on regular computer paper, lined up my 4.25"x5.5" piece of card stock with Ian stamped and masked on it, until he landed where I wanted him to in the scene, taped the card stock to the computer paper and ran it through the printer a second time. Once the mask was removed Ian was right at home.   
  

The same stamping and masking process was done with Gamer Anya but this time I grabbed the big comfy chair and lamp from the Build-a-Bedroom set. The side table is from the Movie Night set and the window is from the new Porch 2 set, oh and the pop can from the Bakery Cafe set is back again too.

Hello friends!

I'm still busy, busy getting ready for the new release at Sweet November Stamps tomorrow. So while I work on new cards I figured now was the perfect time to share one of the cards colored during a past Live coloring video. This is the one featuring Octavia Softsand taking a quick siesta on the sandy ocean floor with a school of little fish swimming over her. I really enjoy all the Lives but this one had such great feedback from those watching and all their suggestions came together to create a really beautiful version of Octavia that I just adore. It's always awesome when creative minds come together to collaborate and share ideas like that, it just makes me love our little crafty community even more. :)
