Hello, hello!
Yesterday I inked up a couple more of the cute critters from the Happy Little Place collection at Purple Onion Designs. The painting hedgehog is called Polly and she comes with the paint cans. Milton, the bear is actually a Mr. Fixit type character who is originally holding a wrench and toolbox but I wiped away the wrench head and toolbox replacing them with a paint brush and paint can instead so he could be helping Polly. I grabbed the older Cabin Background stamp to set the scene and thought it would be fun to have these two paint a mural on the wall. So I grabbed a sun ray stencil and used it as a guide to 'paint' the cheery sun on the side of the building. I even popped Curly, the pig, peeking out the window to see what these happy painters are up to. The sentiment is part of the Sunshiny sentiment set and I like how it pairs with the positive, cheerful vibe going on here. It looks like Polly and Milton still have some work to do but they are going to have the coolest house on the block when they finish, LOL! ;)
