Love, joy and cookies...

Hello again!

It's day two of holiday release previews at Hello Bluebird and tomorrow is release day with all eight new stamps sets and fourteen stand alone dies available at 7pm MST. To check out all of the goodies being shared today be sure to head over to the the Hello Bluebird blog and leave a comment for a chance to win a gift certificate to the HB store.

My card today is a large 5x7 size using the Nesting A7 dies that were released in September. I needed all this room because I had a hard time narrowing down all the of the super cute gingerbread peeps in the Sweet Christmas stamp set that I wanted to use. There are eight different gingerbread cuties included in the set along with this amazing gingerbread house, gumdrops, peppermints and candy canes to decorate it as well as a ladder, cookie tree, three sentiments and tiny decorative accessories to help dress up the gingerbread. I also wanted to bring in the new Charlie Alpha dies because the way they cut an outline can make them look like frosted cookies as well. I gotta say, this whole scene was a lot of fun to mask together and color up in traditional greens and reds. To be honest, I could totally go for a soft gingerbread cookie right about now, LOL!

Thanks so much for dropping by and I hope you come back tomorrow for day three of the Hello Bluebird previews.  :)
