Hello again!
It's a review weekend at Sweet November Stamps and the team and I are continuing to have fun creating summer themed cards using both digi and clear releases that have been recently added to the store. My card today
was colored during a Sea-sational MerMay release weekend Live and it features this fun loving pair from the More Mer Friends set. The technique that I really wanted to share during this coloring session was how to achieve the 'swoosh' or motion lines behind the characters, making them look like they are speeding through the water. I think the lesson went really well and the bright and playful color palette that we ended up with for this little mermaid and her sea turtle pal only adds to the overall energy of this card. :)
