I know that it has been awhile, what with the holiday break that we took, but we've finally got a brand new challenge over on the Tickled Pink challenge blog today! And we are easing back into the swing of things with a super easy and constant favorite... anything goes theme. Yep, create and play in any way that your heart desires just so long as you use a Tickled Pink cutie somewhere on your card or creation. :)
Considering that I'm still on a Valentine's Day kick, my anything goes card went in that direction. Though I did veer away from the traditional heart day colors and motifs to try for something a bit different looking. To be honest, ever since my In Stitches Tia card, I haven't been able to get away from the idea of my stamped characters acting like "The Littles" or "The Borrowers". So when I spotted these Button Boutique stamps in my stash I thought it would be cute to have a Tickled Pink couple interacting with it. I had to use Eric 'cause he is just my most fave of the Lads and Kellita was almost perfect for slipping behind the button card. Only one problem, her eyes weren't looking towards her 'perfect fit'. So I wiped away the insides of her eyes before stamping then redrew in some new irises. And I really like how by trimming out her arm, it looks like Kellita is trying to carry those buttons off. :)
Don't forget that your card must feature a Tickled Pink stamp in order to qualify for the prize... these include: Lil Lolitas and Lads, Pinkettes, Pink Pets and Cherries. All of which can be found in the Tickled Pink store.
Good luck everybody!
