We are like seashells...

TGIF!

I finally got a chance to sit down with the June release of Anita Jeram stamps from Colorado Craft Company and this pair of beach combing foxes stole my heart. They are part of the A Fox's Life set and there is just something about this quiet moment that had me reaching for this stamp first. To fill the horizontal card front with more shells and beach I actually stamped that part of the image a couple different times, omitting ink from the foxes and just filling the extra space. I kept the color palette nice and soft, with pretty pastel hues filling the sunset scene. For a fun bit of contrast I added some tall sea grass up front, in a very dark brown, framing the cute foxes as they listen to the sea. The sentiment is also part of the same set but I cut it apart so I could fit it into the space that I had left at the bottom of the card. I gotta say, this one has me longing for a trip to the beach right about now. :)

See ya in 24!
