Be spooky...

Hey there!

So who wants candy? These cute critters from the Who Wants Candy set certainly do. They are part of the Frightful Nights Halloween Card kit at Hello Bluebird that sold out, but since I've had them all inked and ready to create with I really wanted to get them on a card. I started by coloring the adorable trick or treaters, then masking them off so I could once again I use the mask that I made from the Light of the Moon die (also sold out) to stencil the background using the Copic airbrush system. The spooky looking tree was traced onto the card front using the Full Moon Scene die and then colored by hand as a fun way to kind of frame the action. The word bubble sentiment is from the All the Spooks set and adds a playful comic style feel to the completed card. :)
