2 posts in one day?

And it's even a Sunday... whoa! ;)
Please scroll down for the winner of last week's Sweet November blog candy.
You see, last night I was cruising around blog land and happened upon the Copic Color Challenge. I noticed they were doing red hair and I was immediately inspired... not only to make a card for it but to make this fairy. What can I say, she just popped into my brain then onto the paper. I LOVE red hair. Always wished I had red hair just like my mom. Even dyed my hair red a few times in high school. Alas, brunette is what I'm meant to be. But that doesn't stop me from coloring up some delish red hair now and again. :)
So I got my little Ginger fairy all done and realized I would need to post her today to make the challenge deadline since the rest of this week will be devoted to Club Anya sneak peeks... so anywho, there you have it.

Amy she is just so beautiful...You are so talented. I love it. I have a red headed sister and 1 nephew from her and 1 nephew from my baby brother that are red heads...I have brownish auburn hair and my dh is mexican & indian, so our kids have black hair and dark, dark brown eyes. So I am surrounded by all colors of hair...lol..(loved to tease my sister that she had orange hair) Now that I have two beautiful nephews with red hair and I am older I like too. Anyway, you card and fairy are just sooooo beautiful..Have a great day, Lisa G

Amy......she's an absolute doll!! I love it.....I can't believe you have been sitting on this talent for soooooo long!!
I have some red in my hair though its not the dominant colour - when my hair lightens in the summer it tends to get these ginger/reddish highlights. Makes me diff to my dark brown haired siblings and gives me an excuse to get all firey-tempered, lol. :)
Thank you for sharing with us, your blogland friends!!
I really love the DSP too. I haven't seen this one from Basic Grey before.
I'm definitely going to do some colouring tonight.
