Gettin' my Glee on

Before you remind me that the whole baseball thing is still dragging on and that sadly there is still no Glee on TV tonight, let me just say I have an awesome little sister. :) Last night she got me the Glee soundtrack just because she knows the hardships I've been going through while it's been off the air LOL! ;) I suspect she may be passing it off as an early birthday present but that is alright by me because it is amazing!
Thanks Jac... though this doesn't get you off the hook to make your oh-so-yummy German Chocolate cake for my b-day. ;)

Oh and before I forget... there is still plenty of time to enter into this week's blog candy, Check it out here...

Okey dokey, onto my card for today. If you've already stopped by the Club Anya blog you can see all of the fab cards that I used to pull my inspiration from in making this one. By borrowing different ideas and design elements from different cards you can create 'card recipes' that really streamline the process and make for super quick cards because all of the guesswork is taken out of the equation. Gotta love that, plus you never know when you are gonna find a a new technique or twist on an old favorite that you haven't tried yet. So if you've never visited the TGF galleria I highly recommend it. It's one of my favorite places to browse when my mojo needs a boost. :)
Oh and I did alter Dressy Miss Anya a bit by removing her hat and slippers and drawing in lines for boots and long sleeves. I'm still trying to convince Marie that we NEED a Fall Miss Anya add-on to the Rain, Snow, Shine set... us fall girls need some representation dont'cha think? No pressure Marie... ;)
So to sign off today I will leave you with these wise words... Don't stop believin'! Hold on to that feee-eee-eeelin', ohhhh-ohhhh-ooohhhhhhhh!

Lovely card!

You can also get a Glee fix on either Hulu or Fox online -- I can't remember which -- but I've replayed the Kristen Chenowith "Alone" duet with Mr. Schu like a thousand times!

Such a perfect fally card. Great altering, and I too love the red hair.

I'm impatiently waiting for the last two outs of the game so I can watch a Glee re-run! I don't even care that it's a re-run 'cause I miss Glee!! This baseball is effecting my other shows too: Bones and House. Grrr!

I love what you did, Amy! The fall colors, scalloped edges, and circle shape combined are just wonderful! I get my inspiration from reading blogs (especially yours!).

PS. What do you think of the Glee soundtrack? Or should I even be asking as I already know your answer (and what mine would be if I bought it!)? :)
