Hey, hey, hey!

Hey there!

I'm kind of tired this morning and there's not much going on that I can think to share. The morning fuzziness is refusing to clear from my head and I'm just hoping that I'm not about to catch the cold that my family has been battling since just after Christmas. If I do catch it, I'm blaming Jacque because that is what little sisters are there for. LOL

This card came about simply because I wanted to play with a new stamp. I actually got Flirty Mae last week and she's been sitting on my desk batting those eyes at me until I couldn't resist her any longer. She was all... "Hey there, hello, helloooo... umm don'tcha think I'd look fab with a bit of color?" And I was like, "Yea, yea ya would." ;)
So I went and grabbed a paper pad that has also been waiting for me to get past Christmas cards and I got my girly pink fix taken care of. Mae seems to approve of the color choice as well as she is rockin' that lime green jacket.

Ok, I might just go lie back down for a while... I think I'm coming off as kind of loopy. LOL
Enjoy your Friday everybody. :)

She does look awfully cute and I love how you've matches her up with those papers and flowers.
Didn't know one could catch a cold over the Internet. I was finding it very hard to get out of bed this morning. My guess is I've been working too hard this year and I'm finally allowing myself some rest for two weeks...
Take care!

Amy, I guess I was too busy to get on with my family fun day yesterday as I didn't even sit at my computer to look at anyone's blogs. It truly shocks me that I didn't even get over to your blog as you are always the first one I check out in the mornings. lol... I think that your card is adorable. It so doesn't look or sound like you were loopy at all. I am glad to read today that you don't seem to be feeling the same way. I always enjoy hearing how your stamps talk to you. Have a great day. Hugs, Lisa
